New research has shown party pill users are ten times more likely to be users of LSD, ecstasy and Ritalin.

The study done by Victoria University researcher Kate Bryson says almost three-quarters of party pill users use illegal substances as well.

Bryson says it is clear party pills aren't fulfilling their purpose of reducing illegal drug use. She says for drug users, party pills are just another item on the menu.
