THE PRIZE & HOW TO ENTER
- The competition period is between 10.30pm Tuesday 9th February
and 12am Monday 15th February 2010.
- There is only one grand prize - this will be drawn before
Friday 19th February 2010. The grand prize winner will be
contacted directly by TVNZ with the details provided on their
online entry.
- The grand prize consists of return economy class flights to Los
Angeles for two adults, transfers to and from the airport and hotel
in LA, 4 nights accommodation at the beautiful Luxe Hotel on Rodeo
Drive, a private and exclusive tour of the major film locations,
dinner for two at Cut, the Beverly Wilshire restaurant, and a VIP
tour of the Warner Brothers facility with behind the scenes access
of this working studio.
- To redeem the full package offering as outlined above, winners
must be able to travel with in the next 12 months.
- The prize is subject to availability with no cash alternative and
is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- The grand prize winner must complete their travel within 12
months of being notified of their prize. Travel dates are
subject to availability.
- To enter, viewers must watch Grey's Anatomy, 8.30pm Tuesday 9th
February 2010, on TV2. Viewers must answer the competition
question "Which Doctor says that they have multi million dollar
hands?" online at

- All completed and valid entries will be entered into the
grand prize draw.
- The delivery of the prize is the responsibility of Roadshow Film
Distributors.
- Only one entry per person.
- In the event that the winner cannot be contacted for whatever
reason and does not return the call/message within 48 hours,
another prize draw will be made and the prize allocated to a new
winner.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of all
applicable terms and conditions.
- The applicable terms and conditions include TVNZ's Competition
Terms and Conditions as posted on tvnz.co.nz .
- Entry is open to all residents of New Zealand except for
employees or their families of TVNZ, Roadshow Film Distributors NZ,
Warner Brothers Pictures and New Line Cinema.
- TVNZ reserves the right to extend, postpone, or cancel the
competition and to update the terms and conditions, and prize on
tvnz.co.nz without notice.
- All entries become the property of TVNZ and Roadshow Film
Distributors NZ. Entry into the competition constitutes consent to
use the winners' names and photos for any promotional
purposes.
- TVNZ or Roadshow Film Distributors NZ may be required by law to
disclose the information entrants provide. TVNZ, Warner Bros
Pictures or New Line Cinemas will only make the disclosure if it
believes in good faith that it is required to do so.
- TVNZ or Roadshow Film Distributors NZ is not liable for any loss,
damage or injury by any person in connection with the prize or its
utilisation.
- Entrants should note that unless otherwise agreed, TVNZ does not
accept responsibility for the return of any Competition entries,
including those consisting of artistic or other material.
- The prize excludes travel/transport to and from the winners
nearest main airport, departures taxes, transfers to and from hotel
and events, insurance, and all meals or beverages (unless specified
as part of competition prize). Spending money and all other
ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
- All entrants must possess a valid passport to be eligible to
enter the competition.
- Winners must register on line for the US ESTA scheme
www.esta.us/travel_authorization
- Travel insurance must be arranged by the prize winner and is the
sole responsibility of the prize winner.
- Hotel accommodation is based on double occupancy.
- In the event that the prize winner is under 18 years of age
he/she will be required to be accompanied by a parent or
guardian.
- In the event the prize winner requests a travel prize of greater
value than that specified (e.g. requests for an extended length of
stay), the prize winner shall pay the difference in value and no
claim for the difference shall be made against TVNZ. TVNZ shall not
be under any obligation to meet such a request.
