Twilight star Kirsten Stewart won the fan-voted Orange Rising Star award at the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) Awards on Monday.

Stewart beat out the competition of Adventureland co-star Jesse Eisenberd, along with Carey Mulligan, Tahar Rahim and Nicolas Hoult.

MTV says it can be assumed a large part of her votes came from the Twilight fan base. That same fan base has helped Twilight dominate fan-driven awards such as the MTV Movie Awards, People's Choice Award and Teen Choice Awards in the past.

However, Stewart has more strings to her bow than Twilight as she stars in other movies coming out this year such as The Runaways and Welcome to the Rileys.

According to MTV when Stewart accepted her award she thanked her Twilight fans for being "the most devoted and attentive fans ever."

Unfortunately fellow Twilight start Robert Pattinson did not present the award to Stewart as was hoped.
