Twilight star Robert Pattinson has reportedly lashed out at a fan with swine flu who kissed him.

According to OK! the fan jumped out of a car to plant a kiss on Pattinson, telling him "I'm just getting over the swine flu."

The revelation sent Pattinson into a spin.

He apparently yelled at his amorous fan: "You have the swine flu? What the hell are you doing kissing anyone?"

There are currently no reports Pattinson has contracted the disease.
