Jen has dreamed of being a high-powered business woman all her life, or at least that's what she claims on her CV. Armed with an imitation Armani suit and an ability to tell the most outrageous lies while keeping a straight face, she has no idea that even these meagre qualities make her overqualified for her new position: 'relationship manager' to Reynholm Industries' I.T. department.

Pauline in comedy drama series Doc Martin, alongside Martin Clunes
and Joe Absolom.
Katherine studied Classics at St Hildas College in Oxford, graduating in 2000. It was at Oxford that Katherine first developed a taste for acting, taking part in around 30 plays during her four years there. She cites her most embarrassing moment there as forgetting her lines in an ancient Greek play and having to break into pidgin Italian.
After graduating from Oxford, Katherine studied drama at LAMDA, where she first met her IT Crowd co-star Chris ODowd. Katherine left the two-year course early in order to star in the play The Age of Consent at the Bush Theatre. Other theatre credits include appearing in plays at the Donmar Warehouse, Soho Theatre, The Gate and The Lyric.
Katherines TV credits also include roles in Casualty and in the Julie Waters drama Ahead of the Class.
