S2 Ep8: Salad for sushi
¼ cucumber, finely sliced with a vegetable peeler
¼ packet snow pea sprouts, trimmed
4 beans, trimmed, blanched and sliced in half lengthways
4 spinach leaves, torn
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon grated horseradish
½ teaspoon miso
juice of 1 lime
For the salad and dressing
1. Mix all salad ingredients together.
2. Mix all dressing ingredients together.
3. Dress salad just before serving.
