Katy has been modelling since she was 13 and she loves wearing the latest fashion, Katy says reporting for The Erin Simpson Show is a great opportunity for playing dress up and meeting new people. 

At school Katy was heavily involved in anything extracurricular, whether it was netball, dragon boating, theatre sports, singing in the choir, Kapa Haka or reading for church. 

Katy finished with scholarships in History and English but left university to present full-time for music channel ALT TV.  She started working part time in the media hosting music events like 'Fashion Week Wrap party' and 'Groove in the Park'.

Katy's latest venture has been starting her own business - a freestyle motocross events and clothing company called Moto Mayhem.

Kimberley Crossman
Television Reporter

Kimberley Crossman is better known as Sophie McKay from TV2's Shortland Street, she's been working on the show for almost three years now and loves it!

Kimberley has always enjoyed performing and began dancing at the age of three and hasn't stopped since. She spent her early years focused on Ballet, Jazz and Tap, but recently has done more Hip Hop and Jazz. One day she hopes to give 'Dancing With The Stars' a go!
For the past five years Kimberley has represented New Zealand in competitive cheerleading, and has competed in both America and Australia, she trains with Total Cheerleading in Auckland and will be heading with them to the World champs and touring America again next year!

Isaac Ross
Sports Reporter

Isaac Ross is a  24-year-old rugby player who calls Christchurch home.

Isaac is currently getting stuck into this year's Rebel Sport Super 14 Competition with the Crusaders. Although he is a very competitive person, Isaac is always keen for a good laugh with his team mates.

Isaac has been keen on sports since he was able to walk. While at High School he played 8 different sports and in his final year received the 'Sportsman of the Year' award and the 'Contribution to Sport' award.

Isaac is interest in a range of sports, whether its watching it on TV, playing touch and tennis in the summer or playing golf, but rugby is his real passion and he's about to head into his fourth year playing professionally.

Ruby Frost
Music Reporter

Ruby Frost is the stage name of 21-year-old singer-songwriter Jane De Jong who hails from Auckland. When she's not writing folk songs on her guitar and singing to audiences, she stays busy writing for Parachute music. 

Newly graduated from her Bachelor of Communications degree (majoring in Journalism), she is a keen writer and lives to combine her passion of writing and music. Jane's work has been published in a number of magazines like Remix magazine, and she especially loves interviewing fellow-music makers to get the down-low on all things creative.

Jane also MCs at events like Parachute festival and has volunteered with the festival for a number of years, keen to make sure the young punters have a good time. Jane even started an alternative/indie stage at the event, called White Elephant, to ensure there was quality music for all.

Chang Hung
Gaming Reporter

Born in Macau, China, Chang grew up in Fiji and Sydney then moved to New Zealand eight years ago. 

He currently works on The Edge radio station producing The Morning Madhouse and before that Chang was the crazy stunt guy who was on the air in the afternoons with Fletch and Vaughan.

Chang is a huge movies fan and reckons that he watches three movies a week.

Chang is also a gaming Geek on the side and has a PS3 and an XBox 36, although he's still missing a Wii - so he's keen to do any Wii stories if that means he can have one!
