Wozniacki sails into quarters at ASB Classic

Second seed Caroline Wozniacki has progressed through to the quarter-finals of Auckland's ASB tennis Classic.

The eighteen year old from Denmark has beaten American Jill Craybas 6-4, 7-5 in one hour and thirty-two minutes to advance.

Wozniacki only made 60% of her first serves, but won 73% of these points.

Craybas made 73% of her first serves, but was killed on second serve losing 65% of the points on her second serve.

Both players struggled in the wind, with eight breaks of serve (5 to Wozniacki, 3 to Craybas)

Also, Fifth seed Shahar Peer has also progressed with a 6-3, 4-6, 6-2 win over Barbora Zahlalova Strycova of the Czech Republic.
