There has been a change at the helm of the New Zealand Davis Cup Tennis team.
James Greenhalgh had to reapply for his job after failing to lead New Zealand out of Asia Oceania zone Group Two.
It appears that after four years in charge Greenhalgh has paid the price for some ordinary performances.
Marcel Vos will be appointed on Wednesday to take charge of both the Davis Cup and Fed Cup teams.
Vos has worked with Marina Erakovic and this year helped New Zealand reached the regional Fed Cup final, only top be whitewashed three nil by Australia in Perth.
The two campaigns are at separate times and the move is believed to be a first world wide.
