Marina Erakovic and doubles partner Tamarine Tanasugarn have made the doubles final of the $75,000 WTA event on carpet courts in Toyota, Japan.

They defeated second seeds Yayuk Basuki and Kimiko Date-Krumm of Japan 6-3 6-3 in the semis.

In the final, Erakovic and Tanasugarn will play a Japanese pair, Akari Inoue and Akiko Yonemura.

At an ITF Futures event in Kalgoorlie in Western Australia, second seed Dan King-Turner has made the singles semi-final, with a 6-3 6-4 win over seventh seed Dayne Kelly.

In the semi, he will play third seed, Australian John Millman. The other semi-final sees top seed Brydan Klein take on fourth seed Matt Ebden.
