Coveted cover for Roddick's wife

Andy Roddick's wife, Brooklyn Decker, has become the latest cover girl for the coveted Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.

Following in the footsteps of previous cover girls Elle Macpherson, Christie Brinkley, Tyra Banks and Rachel Hunter, Decker told People the experience has been "shocking and a dream come true".

The 22-year-old says her mother cried when she saw the magazine cover. She also says her tennis-playing husband is supportive of the career move.

Roddick's other half is now embarking on a media blitz to promote the cover and the magazine, including appearances on The Late Show With David Letterman, Jimmy Kimmel Live and The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
