Telecom is still working to restore full service to broadband users who have been suffering slow-or-no internet for in some cases four days.

A technical fault in Telecom's Wellington server has put the brakes on broadband connections of up to 10,000 users since Friday.

Telecom says the fault has been affecting users across the country.

It hopes to have services fully restored by later on Tuesday.

If you've been affected by the internet fault or know somebody who has been, ONE News would like to hear from you. Please email our Christchurch newsroom at newsch@tvnz.co.nz  or phone 03 961 8585.
