Computer manufacturer Dell has announced that it will now sell its products through Dick Smith stores.

Up until now, the company's computers have been marketed in New Zealand online.

In Australia, Dell products are stocked in Dick Smith, Officeworks and The Good Guys stores.

"Whilst we continue to see growth in our online business in New Zealand, we recognise some people want to touch and feel our products, first, and now they can," says Dell's general manager for Australasian sales and marketing Evan Williams.

Williams says the move reflects Dell's retail strategy across the Tasman.
