Rapaera Tawhai (Tuhoe, Te Whānau a Apanui) joined the Te Karere team straight out of Southseas Film and Television School in 2008. Other than Māori media, Rapaera is passionate about Kapahaka and the Māori language. Rapaera has a Diploma in Film and Television majoring in Production Management.
