Anzac Pikia is a senior member of the Te Karere team who was appointed Associate Producer in 2008. He is a graduate of the Waiariki Insititute of Technology's M āori journalism course, Te Paaki a Tuhi.

Anzac began reporting at Te Karere in 2002 and also worked on Waka Huia. In 2004, he reported for M āori Television's new programme Te K āea and was then promoted to Associate Producer and then Producer of Te K āea.
