Anzac Pikia is a senior member of the Te Karere team who was appointed Associate Producer in 2008. He is a graduate of the Waiariki Insititute of Technology's Maori journalism course, Te Paaki a Tuhi.

Anzac began reporting at Te Karere in 2002 and also worked on Waka Huia. In 2004, he reported for Maori Television's new programme Te Kaea and was then promoted to Associate Producer and then Producer of Te Kaea.
