Vea Mafile'o
Vea Mafile'o's father is Tongan, and she was born and raised in Hamilton. She went to MIT to study art and worked on other pacific TV shows before joining the Tagata Pasifika team in 2008.
"art is probably my first love along with family of course, but I also really enjoy crafting a good story together to tell our pacific stories in an entertaining way" Vea says.
Vea has just recently become a mum and is enjoying motherhood.
