Eternal demand
The Saudis want our sheep and want them live. They call it hot meat, the eternal demand, and it could be worth a billion dollars to the economy. One of the live sheep exporters says he has been in the government's ear and the door is now ajar for a resumption of this hugely controversial trade. Where does the government stand? What could this do to New Zealand's international reputation? The animal activists say the trade is barbaric and we're buying a fight.

Flashlights and bright lights
By day he strides to work in combat boots and a bullet proof vest. By night he lopes along a red carpet, trussed in a tuxedo. Stef Harris is part cop, part movie maker, already making waves on the international scene - and mentored by one of the best in Hollywood. Christchurch Constable Stef Harris's first feature movie earned him accolades around the world, but the release of his second, No Petrol, No Diesel!, is a triumph over huge personal obstacles - overcoming a work injury that almost cost him his life.

A doctor in the house?
Being admitted to hospital is a dangerous business according to Kiwi intensive care specialist Dr Michael Buist. He says 10% of people will have a bad experience in hospital and of those another 10% will die or suffer a serous disability. Dr Buist has himself had a couple of near death medical experiences, so he introduced some radical changes to reduce human error in hospitals. Now he's a world leader in improved patient care. How did he do it?
