Hunter's (Lee Donoghue) attempt at redemption gets off to a shaky
start this week on Shortland Street.
Attending his first day at the hospital's new drug and alcohol
unit, Hunter is shaken by the realisation of his situation. With
Roimata (Shavaughn Ruakere) disturbed with his presence in the
hospital, Hunter is hurt, so when Nicole's (Sally Martin) wallet
disappears from the cafeteria, Hunter sets to solve the
mystery.
Passing on his suspicion to counsellor Rose (Nicole Tubiola) that
the thief was hardened addict Slade (Benjamin Brown), Hunter is
taken aback when Slade venomously denies being the culprit.
Convinced he is to blame for the crime, Hunter is left shaken when
