Bella Cooper
Bella Cooper is a chatty young woman. She wants to talk
all about you, and by you she means her.
Until recently, Bella had been studying at Tuscadero's Beauty
School, but she's now working as the admission's clerk at Shortland
Street hospital.
Bella is eager to relate to people, but she over-empathises with
stories from her own life. She's a competitive
listener.
If you're feeling sick, she'll tell you about the time she was on
death's door with the 'flu last year.
If you're enjoying your sandwich, Bella will tell you about the
most AMAZING meal she had at a top restaurant.
If you're upset, Bella will be more upset.
If you're happy, Bella will be even happier. Bella is
fascinated by her own world, and wants you to be fascinated with it
too. She is easily distracted.
She has many good points - the first of which is her big
heart.
And she brings buckets of enthusiasm to anything she does.
She works hard, if not always competently.
She's big on charity work and causes - she gets stuck
in.
Bella is one of the kindest people you'll meet.
Bella's charms attracted the attention of IV Bar manager,
Brodie and the two embarked on a serious relationship.
Bella was briefly seduced by surgeon IsaacWorthington, but returned
to Brodie.
Unfortunately Brodie left town when he became (inadvertently)
involved in some serious criminal activity.
Bella explored the possibility that she too may have Asperger's Syndrome, but this was proved incorrect.
Bella was recently diagnosed with a possibly life-threatening heart condition, Long QT syndrome, along with her mother and sister.
Bella discovered that she had feelings for her friend
Dr Luke Durville but he was engaged to marry his
Romanian bride Zlata Waldheim. Bella tried to supress her feelings
as she took on bridesmaid duties for Zlata but Luke finally
realised that he loved Bella too. They finally got together after
Bella was almost killed by Zlata's father Costa.
