There have been indications on Friday that the next America's Cup could be raced in multihulls.

Louis Vuitton spokesman Bruno Trouble thinks Oracle CEO Larry Ellison has been caught up in the speed rush and will look to replicate the giant multihull challenge in Valencia in the next Cup campaign.

That would leave Team New Zealand with a dilemma with skipper Dean Barker dead against the concept.

Barker said on Friday it is not interesting racing.

He believe's it is just a case of speed and away you go.

Dean Barker is currently getting ready for the Auckland match racing regatta featuring some of the world's top skippers next week followed by the Louis Vuitton Trophy regatta.
