The Warriors are in contention in three categories at the third annual Rugby League One Community Awards to be announced in Sydney on Tuesday night.

Warriors One Community ambassador Manu Vatuvei lines up against players from each of the other 15 clubs for the Ken Stephen Medal, including Gold Coast's Preston Campbell, Petero Civoniceva (Penrith), Nathan Hindmarsh (Parramatta) and Wendell Sailor (St George Illawarra).

This is awarded to the player judged to have made the most outstanding contribution to the community through the game.

Ruben Wiki became the first Vodafone Warrior to win the award in 2008 while Micheal Luck was a strong contender for the medal last year.

Once again the Vodafone Warriors are contenders for the One Community Club of the Year title, which they won last year. They are one of eight finalists this time.

The third category the Vodafone Warriors feature in Tuesday night is the Women in League Award, in which the club's One Community manager Petrece Kesha is one of three finalists.
