Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson can expect a call from Kiwis coach Stephen Kearney, claims UK newspaper the Daily Mirror.

The World Cup winning coach is apparently keen to swap ideas with as many Premier League football managers as possible.

Despite winning the World Cup last year, New Zealand are third favourites behind Australia and England for the Four Nations tournament, which starts this weekend.

A spokesman for the NZRL told MirrorFootball: "We already have something firmed up to visit Blackburn Rovers.

"But Stephen is looking to fix something up to see Sir Alex and we'd also like to visit Carlo Ancelotti at Chelsea. It's all about learning new tactics and training techniques".

The Kiwis face the Kangaroos at The Stoop on Sunday morning (NZT).
