MMP, should it stay or should it go? A debate on MMP kicks off Q+A this week. Greens co-leader Metiria Turei and anti-MMP campaigner Peter Shirtcliffe will discuss the government's plans for a referendum on our electoral system.

Paul Holmes interviews Lord Chris Patten, the last governor of Hong Kong, former Tory MP and European Commissioner, now author, described as the "best Foreign Minister Britain never had". He will talk about the rise and rise of China, whether Europe is irrelevant, the tough choices in Afghanistan and the urgent, uncomfortable need to address climate change.

Former PM Mike Moore and union leader Matt McCarten will join Paul Holmes and Dr Therese Arseneau on the panel.

Q+A is broadcast live 9-10am Sunday on TV ONE.
