Power defends govt over Kahui case

Justice Minister Simon Power has defended the government's lack of intervention in the Kahui twins case.

It will be four years since three-month-old twins Chris and Cru kahui died of traumatic head injuries and yet no-one has been held accountable.

Power says law changes are being made to hold parents accountable for the welfare of their children and remove their right to silence.
