National MP Pansy Wong could be in further trouble over her use of her travel entitlements.
Labour MP Pete Hodgson today produced documents showing her husband, Sammy Wong, took a taxpayer subsidised trip to China in 2005 with former Prime Minister Jenny Shipley.
The investigation report released last week indicated Sammy Wong's trip was to research his family's genealogy.
But Hodgson alleges it was actually a trip with a business colleague and says it raises questions about the Parliamentary Services investigation.
The Prime Minister has refused to answer questions about the latest development, refusing to stop or acknowledge media queries.
Labour says it is about to request the auditor-general investigate Wong's use of taxpayer funded travel perks.
