Labour will begin campaigning for Tai Tokerau today.

Leader Phil Goff will be in west Auckland today putting up election hoardings, with the party's candidate Kelvin Davis.

The MPs will also be door-knocking in the electorate.

Davis will battle Mana Party leader Hone Harawira, and an as-yet-unnamed Maori Party candidate, in the by-election on June 25th.

Waihoroi Shortland, Mere Mangu and Solomon Tipene have been shortlisted, with the candidate confirmed tomorrow.

The by-election was sparked by the resignation of Harawaira.
