The Prime Minister is firing a broadside at Labour Leader Phil Goff over his involvement in the Richard Worth scandal.

Key has received and read a letter from Labour Party member Naleem Choudary outlining her claims she was harassed via phone and text by Worth.

However he says he can't comment on its contents as she's specifically forbidden him from discussing its material.

Key says he's not in a position to debate its contents nor discuss its implications for Worth's political future.

However Key isn't happy at how Goff's been involved in and has portrayed the matter saying Goff should asses his performance.

He says Goff has been half wallowing in the gutter and appears desperate for attention.

Choudrey isn't returning calls and Worth has failed to front up since he was effectively sacked last week.
