A law requiring Internet Service Providers to cut off customers who are suspected accused of copyright infringement, is under attack from the Act Party.

Leader Rodney Hide wants it scrapped.

He says he will be taking a proposal to the ministers responsible to have the law changed.

Hide believes it isunworkable and unjust.

He says the law also imposes unfair and unnecessary compliance costs on ISP's at a time when businesses are under pressure to cut costs.
