WIPEOUT
SATURDAY 25 MAY, 6.00PM
Jill Wagner, John Henson, and John Anderson host Wipeout , where 24 contestants compete against each other and the clock in hopes of winning the $50,000 prize. In the qualifier round, all 24 contestants must complete a course consisting of four obstacles. The twelve contestants with the fastest times will advance to the second round where the top 12 face the ‘Sweeper’. The six who last the longest on the Sweeper, move to the third round and the last person standing receives a $1000 bonus.

In 1989, software engineer and the CEO of ENCOM International, Kevin Flynn, disappeared. 20 years later, his tech-savvy son Sam decides to look into his father's disappearance by investigating a message originating from his father’s old video arcade. Sam soon finds himself pulled into a digital universe of fierce programs and gladiatorial games where his father has been living for the past 20 years. Sam must navigate the exceedingly dangerous cyber universe if he and his father are to make it back to the real world.

The 20/20 team also meet with four year old Connor Campbell who has been battling Wilms tumours which will eventually result in both his kidneys needing to be removed. This is his brave mother Nikki's mission to get fit and well in order to donate a kidney to her son.
