Valerie Vili has glided her way across the shot put throwing circle for another national record.
She has thrown 21.07 metres to win the World Athletics Final in Greece.
It beats her previous best put by 38 centimetres and is the longest anyone has thrown in four years.
Vili says it has come after her and coach Kirsten Hellier made minor technical changes after the world championships.
She has had two competitions to sort it out and has been training well, so it has made her "damned happy".
Her nearest rival, Belarussian Nadia Ostapchuk, could only manage 19.56 metres, 1.51 metres back.
