Tony Veitch is replacing Willie Lose on Newstalk ZB, as he takes over Lose's Saturday afternoon spot.
"Veitch On Saturday" will air on Saturday afternoons from March 31, in place of Lose's "ScoreBoard".
Veitch will also host another new programme, the "Sport Power Hour" on Newstalk ZB, Sunday mornings 8am-9am.
General manager of talk programming Dallas Gurney says he is excited Veitch accepted the offer to host two of the station's biggest sport programmes.
Veitch will continue to host Radio Sport breakfast three-days a week with Rikki Swannell hosting on the remaining days.
The Radio Network says it has presented a new opportunity to Willie Lose and he is still considering it.
