MLB star takes action over nude pics

Indians centre fielder Grady Sizemore is taking legal action after photos of him posing nude surfaced on the internet.

MLB.com says the Indians team has issued a statement supporting Sizemore in his legal action.

The 15 photos in question show Sizemore in various states of undress and were intended for his girlfriend Brittany Binger's eyes only.

The photos were apparently stolen from Binger's email account.

Major League Baseball and the Players Association are investigating the matter on Sizemore's behalf.
