Kiwi sailors miss out on medals

New Zealand boardsailors Tom Ashley and Jon-Paul Tobin have finished outside of the medals at the RS:X World Championships in Denmark.

Ashley placed sixth overall while Tobin has finished eighth.

Meanwhile, four members of the New Zealand Sailing Team are still among the top 11 of the 159-strong fleet as they go into tomorrow's final day of racing at the Laser World Championships in Great Britain.

Andrew Murdoch is fifth overall, Josh Junior seventh, Andy Maloney eighth while Mike is 11th.
