It's back to the gym for David Tua as a December bout looms as a serious possibility.
Tua has little time to reflect on his resounding second round knockout over Shane Cameron at Mystery Creek on Saturday night.
The 37-year-old is straight back into training in his Onehunga warehouse on Monday with a little over 10 weeks until his next fight.
"At the moment I believe we have got another fight set up for December," Tua said on TV ONE's Breakfast.
"No date, no opponent is confirmed but the most important thing is that after this I go back to the gym and do what I need to do."

A bout against American Hasim Rahman, on possibly December 13 in Auckland, is believed to be the favoured showdown, however, that fight will only gain traction if it is another pay-per-view television event.
The Tua camp though is reportedly bound to a three-fight deal with Maori TV so he may need have to bide his time for Rahman fight number three to fulfil his contract obligations.
Tua has a rich history against Rahman. In their first fight, in 1998, it was Tua who landed a dubious shot after the bell in the ninth to set up a 10th round knockout. In 2003 the rematch was adjudged a draw even though it had appeared Rahman had out pointed the shorter Tua.
So there is little question that Rahman has the incentive for this showdown, but the fight, when it eventuates, will be mutually beneficial.
A win for Tua over such a creditable opponent who, unlike the New Zealander, managed to knockout Lennox Lewis for the WBC and IBF titles in 2003, would be a massive step towards a world title shot.
"Well that's the obvious goal. It is possible, it is very possible," Tua told Breakfast's Paul Henry when asked if a world title shot was a realistic prospect.
"More importantly - I'm not going to look too far ahead."
Tua plans to visit Samoa with his wife and two sons this week to help his birth-nation recover from last week's deadly tsunami.
