Matt Prater kicked a 41-yard field goal in overtime and the Denver Broncos remained undefeated with a 20-17 victory over the New England Patriots on Monday.

The Broncos (5-0) roared back from a 17-7 halftime deficit to level the score on Kyle Orton's 11-yard touchdown pass to Brandon Marshall in the fourth quarter before Prater kicked his second field goal of the game 4:51 into the extra session.

The Broncos had a 12-play, 98-yard drive for the tying touchdown and never gave New England (3-2) possession of the ball in overtime as they celebrated their 50th anniversary as a team.

Orton threw for 330 yards, twice completing 11 yard passes to Marshall for touchdowns.

New England quarterback Tom Brady also had two touchdown passes, both in the first half.
