The Black Sox have clinched another vital victory at the Softball World Championships in Canada to progress to the semi-finals.

New Zealand has beaten the United States 7-3 late on Sunday.

The Black Sox now play Canada in the semi-finals with the winner going on to meet Australia in the final.
