An Auckland woman has been arrested and charged with being a party to arson.
It is related to the suspicious fire that occurred at a Takanini rural property last Thursday where a clandestine P laboratory has been located.
The 20 year-old accused appeared in the Papakura District Court last week, where she was remanded to reappear on Thursday.
A scene examination conducted by ESR and regional clan lab personnel has established that the fire was deliberately lit.
But it is still to early to determine if any form of accelerant was used.
Detective Senior Sergeant Alexander says investigators are following some strong lines of enquiry and further arrests cannot be ruled out.
