Teri Hatcher

Long before she became a Desperate Housewife, Teri Hatcher had her turn as a Bond girl to Pierce Brosnan in Tomorrow Never Dies.

She played Paris Carver, wife to media mogul Elliot Carver, who happens to be a former lover of James Bond.  Bond uses his connection to Paris to investigate her husband's dodgy dealings and winds up seducing his old flame.

She said at the time about playing Paris Carver -

"I think it is one of the few times in a Bond film that showed a real emotional relationship between Bond and a woman...it made Paris quite different from other Bond girls because of their past."

The sex symbol status that comes with being a Bond girl was nothing new to Hatcher. She was the first pin up girl of the internet age and her image was the most downloaded in 1995 when she posed wrapped in Superman's cape and nothing else for her show Lois and Clark.

Hatcher also had a memorable appearance on Seinfeld as Jerry's girlfriend in an episode that centred around her impressive cleavage. She had the unforgettable line - "They're real and they're spectacular!"

A decade later Hatcher still proves she's still got what it takes as Susan Mayer on Desperate Housewives. Rumour has it that she'll be performing a saucy striptease in the new season of the show.

Keep watching Desperate Housewives on TV2 for more of Teri Hatcher and look out for her Bond girl appearance in Tomorrow Never Dies coming soon.
