Prep time - 3 mins

INGREDIENTS

strawberries (fresh or frozen) 2 cups (Note: you can also use a mix of strawberries and raspberries, which is very nice)

milk 1 ½ cups (or use almond or soy milk for a dairy-free option)

liquid honey 1 tablespoon

vanilla essence or extract 1 teaspoon

 

METHOD

1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
