Powerhouse Reuben de Jong is one of New Zealand's strongest men, a mixed martial arts expert, kickboxing champion and heavyweight cage fighter.
He was New Zealand's Strongest Man two years in a row in 2005 and 2006, and is an Australian Heavyweight Cage Fighting Champion.
Born and bred in West Auckland, Reuben says he "lives to train" and says his biggest strength is his sheer determination.
"My achilles heel is the fact that my body can't keep up with what my determination expects from it," he says.
Now Reuben is ready to take on one of his toughest challenges
yet - shattering a German Guinness World Record for running through
the most panes of glass in under 1 minute.
