Michael Coughlin celebrating 16 years at his acclaimed Dunedin restaurant, Bell Pepper Blues.
Michael has also been named as a lifetime 'Platinum' Beef and
Lamb Ambassador in recognition of his outstanding achievement in
the Hallmark programme, having each been named as an Ambassador at
least four times over the past 12 years.
Michael will continue to work closely with the Bureau to promote New Zealand beef and lamb at various events around the country.
