does not in any way guarantee that you will be selected to take
part in "New Zealand's Got Talent".
Invites to the next round of auditions are at the producers'
discretion; the producer's decision is final.
We will be unable to reply to all applicants individually.
You will only hear from us if you have been invited to an
audition.

If you, your guardian, or any performer in your act (or their legal
guardians) need to travel from your/their normal place of residence
to attend the Heats round of the competition, then you/they are
expected to provide your/their own transport, accommodation and all
other expenses associated with attendance. A different arrangement
may apply if you are selected for the semi-finals or final rounds
of the competition.
We will collect the personal information supplied in connection with this questionnaire and the associated materials you send us for the purpose of administering and producing the 'New Zealand's Got Talent' television programme. You agree that we may hold and use that information for as long as we may legally do so under the Privacy Act 1993 and we may disclose all such personal information to TVNZ and our/TVNZ's agents, as well as to the public as part of the New Zealand's Got Talent Television Programme, as part of any marketing and/or exploitation of that programme (or part/parts thereof) anywhere in the world. To request access to or correction of your personal information, please contact Imagination Television Limited, PO Box 37-468, Parnell, Auckland 1151.
If your act is chosen to take part in the programme you, or any
performer in you act, may be subject to background checks by the
New Zealand Police of the Ministry of Justice. You agree to
provide us with reasonable assistance (including by competing and
signing all relevant forms) in obtaining such background checks at
our request.
