Two of England netball's biggest names are putting their Australian franchises before their country.
Sonia Mkoloma and Geva Mentor have pulled out of the Commonwealth Games next month and the World Champs in 2011.
They've made themselves unavailable for selection as they plan to play in the ANZ Championship next season for the NSW Swifts and Adelaide Thunderbirds respectively.
England Netball wants all its players to be based at home and play in the Superleague next year to prepare for the World Champs in July
Mkoloma and Mentor are two of England's best players and now stand little chance in either tournament.
