Ferns into semis after mixed performances

The Fastnet Ferns will play Jamaica in tomorrow morning's World Series semi-final in Liverpool, England.

Day three at the tournament, early this morning NZT, started off poorly for New Zealand after they lost 27-23 to Jamaica and then 28-27 to Australia.

They recovered to beat Fiji 24-14 in their third game of the morning.

Yesterday NZ beat South Africa 33-14 and hosts England 32-16, so they squeeze through to face Jamaica from thir pool. England and Australia will face off in the other semi.
