In return for TVNZ considering the broadcast of the footage
provided by me, I agree and warrant as follows:
- I am the owner of the copyright in the footage.
- The footage was obtained legally and is not in breach of the rights of any third person.
- The footage is genuine and not staged.
- I assign all copyright in the footage in perpetuity to TVNZ.
- TVNZ is under no obligation to broadcast the footage.
- I grant the warranties and accept the terms set out above.
