Two men have been arrested and a third man is being sought after a man died in Auckland last night.
Michael Roberts, 48, died after an altercation in his Three Kings home at about 7pm, police said.
A 19-year-old and a 36 year-old will appear in the Auckland District Court today charged with assault.
The 19-year-old was arrested last night after being found at a Westmere address, and the 36 year-old was found in Grey Lynn.
Police are looking for a third person believed to have been involved in the incident.
Police and forensic experts will today examine the Mt Albert Rd address where the alleged assault took place, as well as a vehicle believed to have been used by the accused.
A post mortem is expected to be carried out this
morning.
