An 18-year-old Bunnythorpe man has been charged with manslaughter following the death of his teenage friend in a car crash.
The head on collision occurred in June on John F. Kennedy Drive in Palmerston North three months ago.
Seventeen year old Nathan Conlon died in the crash. Two others were injured.
The 18-year-old has also been charged with driving over the blood alcohol limit and will appear in court later today.
