Power out in parts of Hawke's Bay

Widespread power outages have affected Hawke's Bay this morning.

Transpower noticed a transformer fault at its Redclyffe substation at 9.55am.

Engineers are working to repair the fault and affected customers should be reconnected by 1pm.
