Power cut hits most of Nelson

Power is being restored to approximately 32,000 households in Nelson.

Nelson residents were left without electricity from 8.20pm Monday, after a problem at the Stoke sub-station just outside of Nelson.

Police and fire authorities are not reporting any problems as a result of the power cut.
